Aging: 10 Months in French Oak Barriques on fine lees with batonnage

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow coloured wine. A very fine and complex aromas of citrus peel, white pulp fruit, linden flower and wood. The in-mouth sensation is fresh,  well structured, full of volume with a balanced and long finish.
