Special bundle of our favorite Portuguese wines that match the profile of Shiraz. Have some fun, blind taste your friends or surprise them with a less known wine. Our wines come from flagship wineries of Portugal, personally curated a process that took our founders 11 months!
1) Guarda Rios Gold Edition 2022
ark and deep colour. Intense nose with spicy notes and notes of wild berries, forest, and a touch of vanilla. The combination of Syrah with, the typical, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonês, gives this wine a very own identity and a balance between the ripe fruit and freshness. With the identity of the region well present, it also brings modernity in its profile.
2) Tesouro da Se Private Selection 2020
A deep Ruby coloured wine with violet shadows. On the nose it reveals a very fine aroma, with nuances of vanilla, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is complex, intense and velvety. With good structure and highly persistent finish.
3) Ravasqueira Familia Reserva Red 2021
Dark, deep and opaque in colour, this wine is a clear reflection of the balance between the Touriga Nacional and the Syrah grape varieties. When tasted it presents ripe black fruit in healthy coexistence with vegetable, floral and spice notes. The ageing both in barrels and in the bottle has provided a fine structure profile with polished but present tannins, providing a tension in the mouth making it perfect for complex dishes.
4) Saturno Reserva 2020
Limpid and intense grenate color. Predominant in red fruit jelly and nuances of toasts and spices. Fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious with distinct persistence. 12 months in French oak barrels.
5) Ravasqueira Syrah 2022
Dark and dense garnet colour. Nose of great impact and balance between notes of ripe black fruit, plum and fig and notes of wood aging. In the race it presents a unique lightness and power with a velvety texture and made for the meals at the table. Aged for 8 months in French Oak
6) Bacalhoa Syrah 2020
Very deep red color, intense aromas dominated by notes of fruit, as a composition of plum, cherry and spices. In the mouth it is dense,enveloping, with a well marked acidity. Structured and persistent. Aged for 23 months in French Oak
