Creators and bottlers of white, red and sparkling wines, in the Bairrada region, Portugal. This is the family wine project of the winemaker José Carvalheira.

We create unique wines, in a wine region of excellence, with a fresh Atlantic climate, and excellent clay-limestone soils, characteristics that equal us in the great wine regions of the world.

Creating unique and unforgettable wines is our passion and ambition ........ We associate this passion, all our technical knowledge and experience, enormous dedication, great rigor and attention to the smallest details. From this combination, our wines are born, which we hope will provide you with unique hedonic moments.

Our wine project has as its central objective the creation of unique, world-class wines.

In this sense, we have designated our range of still wines ANTE Æ QUINOCTIUM and Æ QUINOCTIUM AUTUMNUS , of GREAT RESERVE.

Our sparkling wines, marketed under the HIBERNUS brand , come in the PREMIER, CUVÉE de NOIRS and GRANDE CUVÉE variants.

Our late harvest, created from grapes strongly attacked by noble rot, we called FUNGUS .

Since olive oil, along with wine, is one of the pillars of the Mediterranean diet, in 2014 we launched our first Virgin Olive Oil Grande Reserva - POST  Æ QUINOCTIUM . In 2017, a new Extra Large Reserva Virgin Olive Oil was presented, HIBERNUS .

Also in 2017, we launched a wine evocative of José Carvalheira's first twenty harvests, which we called  VIGESIMUM
