Tasting Notes

It is rich in notes of lime and stone fruits, presenting itself as mineral and light in kerosene. In tasting, it proves to be very rich, with crunchy acidity. Notes of brioche, orange blossom, volume and a long finish with a mineral texture. It demonstrates all of its qualities at the table, contrasting with most other white wines.
