1. Introduction

By registering for an account or updating your account details on Wine Adore’s mobile application or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“you”, “your”, “User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) and the applicable Privacy Policy provisions set out below.

These T&C apply in addition to any other terms governing the use of Wine Adore’s services. If you do not agree with these T&C, you must not proceed with registration, account update, or continued use of the Platform.

2. Data Controller & Scope

The data controller for your personal data is Wine Adore, operating via Calravel Pte Ltd, Singapore.
