Aromas of forest fruits, rockrose flower, truffle, earthy nuances and very elegant toasted and smoked flavours stand out. In the tasting the freshness is dominant, with a balanced and complex structure, integrated in mature tannins and a very firm acidity. The finish is rich and persistent, based on the elegance and complexity of the fruit.
